Sydney Props Specialist is the oldest privately owned props warehouse in Australia with over 20 years experience in providing décor for special events, theatre, film, television and exhibition industries. We provide a quality specialist service in the form of event themes and prop rental. We have accumulated one of Australia’s largest inventory of painted backdrops ,cutouts and movie props available for hire to the event industry. You can pick up props and décor from our warehouse or we can design and install your whole event. Sydney Props has a unique team of experienced professionals ready to assist you with your production, event design, and creative décor concepts.

Event Theming – what is it going to take to achieve the impact you are after? Let our experienced staff take the stress and worry out of your event by allowing us to create and achieve the spectacular and unforgettable experience you are looking for. Sydney Prop’s staff can conduct a site inspection with you at the venue to plan and run through concepts, strategies and design. We will then install and bump-out the entire theme for you.

Backdrop & Prop Rental – whether it be just one prop, a themed set or enough props and backdrops to fill an entire ball room, you can simply order what you are after through the web-site or visit our warehouse to make the selection. Our staff will happily take you on a guided tour and assist you in making the right selection to meet your needs. We will then have the equipment ready for you to collect on the day of hire.

Prop & Set Production – Whether it is a series of artfully painted flats, huge scenic backdrops or 3 dimensional structures made to order, our experienced team can sit with you and work out the best way to achieve the desired effect to meet your needs & budgets.

Event Furniture - Every event needs stylized & contemporary furniture that is both useable and easy on the budget. Browse through our furniture page and see if there is anything that works for you.

Delivery / Pick-up – if you do not have the resources or the time to collect the props your self, Sydney Props can transport them to and from the required location. We understand that time is at a premium.
