Octanorm Australia announces new business manager

Octanorm Australia has today made a significant chance to its leadership team, announcing the return of Bill Bell to the role of Business Manager.

Mr Bell recently rejoined the leading exhibition industry supplier and takes over the reins as Business Manager from Stephen Dorrofield following his appointment as Victorian State Manager for Octanorm Australia’s parent company, HVG.

Mr Bell will be tasked with strengthening key supplier and customer relationships in the exhibition, shop fitting and display industries, and looking for new products and markets to grow the Octanorm brand in Australia.

He brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to the role, having spent 30 years working in the exhibition and events industry including more than eight years at Octanorm Australia.

“Bill successfully held the role of Business Manager with us from 2008 until late 2010. Since returning in April, he has already made a positive impact on sales and I’m sure he will continue to drive the long term success of Octanorm Australia in his new position,” said Bruce Rayment, Chief Executive Officer, HVG.

Mr Bell said he was enjoying reconnecting with former clients and contacts in the exhibition industry since returning to Octanorm Australia and was excited to take up his new position.

“The role of Business Manager is a challenging one, but I’m looking forward to the opportunity to further grow Octanorm Australia’s sales and look for new products and markets for our existing range,” he said.
