ISES Melbourne Chapter are thrilled that the annual ISES Student Conference, being held at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins on Wednesday 23rd May, is once again heading for record breaking attendances.
To be officially opened by Melbourne’s Lord Mayor, Robert Doyle, this year’s conference will explore the concept that “Only Live Gives You Five” – only live events have the ability to engage all five senses.
With a sensational line up of confirmed speakers, including Mark Shearon of the Proscenium Group, New York (via SKYPE) and Brad Hampel of Solution Entertainment, over 500 students, from many educational institutions, including William Angliss Institute, Box Hill TAFE, Swinburne University of TAFE and Holmesglen will be taken on a sensory packed journey as speakers explore the exciting events industry and share industry knowledge.

The ISES Student Conference 2012 – “Only Live Gives You Five” is the paramount student event in the Events Industry. Organized by ISES Melbourne chapter, a not for profit association in the Events Industry, student volunteers are engaged to assist in bringing the event together. The conference will address the present and the future of the Events Industry through innovation; offering students networking opportunities and access to the latest ideas and practices.
