They’re normally seen in exhibition stands and retail displays, but Octanorm Australia’s aluminium profiles could be hanging from a few Christmas Trees this festive season thanks to the company’s sponsorship of the Exhibition & Event Association of Australasia (EEAA) 2011 Awards for Excellence.
One of the major sponsors of Australia’s premier exhibition and event industry awards, Octanorm Australia has produced some unique Christmas decorations made from its S100 Octanorm profile to celebrate the occasion.
Each guest will receive a pair of the decorations at the Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner at Crystal Palace at Luna Park Sydney on Tuesday, 6 December.
“We like to talk about the versatility of our Octanorm profiles and systems, which can be utilised for everything from exhibition stands to literature shelves to shopfitting displays, and these Christmas tree ornaments are another fun way to showcase this versatility,” said Stephen Dorrofield, Business Manager, Octanorm Australia.
This is not the first time Octanorm Australia has presented a gift with a difference to guests at the EEAA Awards for Excellence.
To mark its sponsorship of the 2008 awards, the company produced commemorative napkin rings, which were again made from Octanorm aluminium profiles.
Mr Dorrofield said Octanorm Australia’s ongoing sponsorship of the EEAA Awards for Excellence was a way of supporting and giving back to Australia’s exhibitions and events industry.
“This industry has given so much to Octanorm Australia over the years and events such as the EEAA Awards provide the chance to give something back and support the industry’s future growth and development,” he said.
