The Perth Convention Bureau has appointed tourism and hospitality industry veteran Jocelyn Thien to the position of Senior Business Development Manager.
Previously Business Development Director in hotel sales for the InterContinental Perth Burswood and Holiday Inn Perth Burswood properties, Ms Thien has more than 17 years experience in the tourism and hospitality industry.
Bureau Managing Director Christine Allen said Ms Thien brought a broad range of experience and skills to her role at the PCB. “We are delighted to have secured someone of Jocelyn’s background to enhance our business development team,” she added.
Ms Thien said she was excited to join PCB. “It’s an organisation I have long admired for its professionalism and marketing prowess and I’m thrilled to be a part of the team and having a business tourism focus,” she said.
